How do I reset my password?

Open the iBlink app, go to the login screen, and select 'Forgot Password'. Follow the instructions sent to your registered email address.

How do I delete my facial data?

You can delete your facial data by deleting your account in the app. Go to Settings > Profile > Delete Account. Once confirmed, all stored facial templates will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

Is my biometric data secure?

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Biometric data is stored in an encrypted, non-reconstructable format and is accessible only to authorized systems.
